A variety of mounting options such as pole or surface mounting provide you with ample opportunities to mount the GXM 54 in an area to receive the clearest view of the sky. The Garmin GXM 54 easily connects to your GPSMAP 8400/8600, GPSMAP 7400/7600, GPSMAP 7×2, 9×2, 12×2 Touch Series, and GPSMAP 10×2 and 12×2 Series via an Ethernet connection so be sure you have an open Ethernet port or add a Garmin GMS 10 port expander to complete your installation.

*GXM54 Receiver does not support the Sirius Marine Inland package. The GXM 54 does support the Coastal, Offshore and Fish Mapping Subscriptions. Coastal package does include all features of the Inland package as well as coastal detail.
